Hear from industry leaders making waves in architecture, design and construction
In this Teulo Talks, Carlos will explore how science-led methodologies are shaping the future of sustainable architecture. He will present innovative strategies for designing buildings that significantly reduce environmental impact while responding to today’s urgent climate challenges.
In this webinar, Jakob Strømann-Andersen, Innovation and Sustainability Director at Henning Larsen will explore the critical role of material selection in achieving low-carbon architecture. Participants will learn how to evaluate construction systems through early‑phase life‑cycle assessments to understand their CO₂ impact across a building's entire life cycle.
In this CPD session you will hear from Resene and Metro Performance Glass. This curated programme brings together leading industry experts to examine how evolving technologies, building science, and environmental demands are shaping the future of architectural design in New Zealand.
This event explores how emerging digital tools and visualisation technologies are transforming the way architects design, communicate, and deliver projects. From AI-powered architectural rendering and advanced BIM collaboration workflows to new approaches in surface specification and visualisation, the sessions will highlight practical innovations shaping contemporary design practice.
Drawing on the thesis project Rust Red, the presentation examines the reclamation of contaminated industrial land in Ranipet, India—an area affected by toxic waste, heavy metal pollution, and water contamination. Rather than viewing pollution as an end condition, the project reframes contamination as a design driver, integrating landscape-led masterplanning, ecological remediation, adaptive reuse, and time-based architectural strategies.
In a time when speed is mistaken for progress and noise for relevance, imagining becomes a quiet, yet radical act. It is not an escape, but a return to see the world with depth: a way to recognize that what exists is not the only possibility.
