Andrew Craig, Director Leuschke Group Architects and Project Lead of Victoria Lane talks about the intricacies involved with managing Auckland’s Newest High-End Residential Apartment Building in Remuera.
With a portfolio of successful High-End Apartments Developments – including the Hilton on Princes Wharf, Jervois & Lawrence in Herne Bay, and The White Heron in Parnell – Victoria Lane is where Classic meets Contemporary edge, fusing luxury with functional design on a grand scale.
Situated on a long private site that sits quietly behind Remuera Village, the Development required a special design and only truly reveals its prominence as you travel down into the arrival zone.
The Internationally inspired design is currently halfway through construction and expected to be completed in the latter half of the year.
